Refund policy
Because all works sold through BGAS/BBAS are original works of art, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. All sales are final unless the issue is covered under our Buyer Protection policy below.
Buyer Protection — Covered Issues
You may file a claim within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery if:
- The artwork arrived damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong artwork
- Your order was missing items
- The artwork significantly and materially differs from the listing description or images
To file a claim: Email support@blackgirlartshow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the artwork and packaging. We will respond within 24 hours and work to resolve your issue promptly.
Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
