Shipping policy

All artwork purchased through the BGAS/BBAS marketplace is fulfilled directly by the artist. We take great care to ensure every order is packed and shipped to the highest standard.

Estimated fulfillment time:
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Some pieces may require additional preparation time, up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping carriers:
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size and destination. Carrier is selected by the fulfilling artist.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the artwork's weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. All orders include tracking.

International shipping:
International shipping availability varies by artist. Where offered, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
